Description
What is Unknown?
We don’t know what it is, how old it is or what it’s a part of. It looks like it has been stained but why, by who for what purpose? We cannot say how it’s been preserved as we don’t know what fluid has been used to preserve it. We also have no provenance data although that is the same with many items within the collection.
Is it on Display?
Yes. It is located in the area near the ‘History of the Museum’ Section
